Looking for a fun way to pay homage to a dog in your life? Or a great gift for a friend who loves their canine companion? Work with us to customize the label for one of our fine tea blends! You’ll select one of our teas and create a new name for it, or work with our team to see which tea would best capture the personality of the canine companion you have in mind. Working with a photo you provide, we will develop a silhouette in the style of our brand and put it on the label with your custom name.
How it Works
Shipping note: This is a customized product and actual people need to do things like create the art, so the order may take a little longer than normal to process. If you wish to order some of our other teas we recommend you place them as a separate order if you don’t want to delay them. If you don’t mind waiting an extra week or two to receive your entire order, then go ahead and place it all at once.
New Custom Pouch – $40
If this is a new custom label, select the “New Custom Pouch” option above and add one of that item to your cart. This will purchase one pouch of our tea with a custom label on it.
The price reflects the work to customize a new label, including the artist/designer who will create the silhouette. Therefore if you want to re-order a label you’ve already made, or you are creating a new label but want more than the one pouch included in the price, see the “Additional/Re-order Custom Pouch” option below.
On the confirmation page for your order, you’ll find a link to a form which asks for some information to help us fill your order, like which blend you’d like to use, the name you’d like for your blend, and any description you’d like included. We’ll also ask you for a reference photo for the silhouette. A photo of your dog in profile is preferred to match the style of our labels and also give the most ‘recognizable’ likeness. An ideal photo will be the canine in profile on a background with good contrast, with no obstruction between the dog and the camera (no human hands petting them because they are good bois, no people standing in front of them, etc.). Our artist will create it as-is based on the photo, so the cleaner the image the more satisfied you will be with the likeness of your dog.
Please allow up to two weeks for us to create the label and ship the product.
Additional/Re-order Custom Pouch – $16
If you have already created a custom pouch with us, or are creating a new label and want more than the one pouch included in the price, use this option.
Note: If you are creating a new label and are ordering additional pouches, you still need to select the “New Custom Pouch” option and add one to your cart as well.
Since you’ve already gone through the process and created a label, the costs associated with your custom pouch are much lower so we want to pass those savings along to you. When you check out with this item, we will ask you for the name of your previously-created custom label so we can re-print the correct label with the correct tea.
